  • 2. Make contact. Send a photo.

    Fill out the form below to connect. We can make a decision on the size and choose the photo for the portrait. We will discuss payment options. Put down $500 refundable deposit to hold your place.

    I will let you know when your painting has been started.

  • 3. Give feedback.

    You came here to order a beautiful portrait and I want to make sure you leave happy!

    I will periodically let you know how the painting is progressing and send photos. We can collaborate on the background colours and details that are important to you.

    Once the portrait is complete, I’ll send you the final image for approval. If all is good, the rest of the payment is sent. Once payment is received, the painting will be shipped.

    If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with the finished product, we offer a 100% guarantee.

  • 4. Enjoy!

    The portrait is finished with a coat of mat varnish for protection. It will be packed carefully and shipped with a tracking number.

    The canvases and boards I use are gallery depth so that there is no framing needed. A hanging wire will be attached to the back. Unpack and hang it on the wall. Enjoy!

To qualify, you’ll need to work with me during the process by giving feedback and responding to photos of the progress I share with you. If you’re not happy after viewing the proof of your work, you’re welcome to ask for modifications – I’ll do up to 3 free of charge. 

Should you decide after 3 modifications that you are not 100% happy with the result I will respect your decision, cancel the order and refund your deposit. Note: After any refund, the original painting and any photos belong to mhtstudio.
